Users with valid license and product support subscription receive both product updates and technical support.

 

Before you contact us for support, please check out the following online resources as your questions may have been answered already:

 

To contact us for product or technical support. Please send an email to support[at]compuclever.com with the following information:

 

  1. Your name
  2. At least one of the following three piece of information: your product license number, a valid email address that you used to purchase the license, or an order reference number
  3. Description of the issues or questions that you would like to receive support for.

 

Upon receiving your email, our support team will contact you within one business day.
